Every movement of money is an entry in a journal that cannot be rewritten. The balance always agrees with the history.

The cash desk in Qadam is built as an accounting journal, not as a “balance” field: receipts, expenses, cash issued, refunds — all of it as entries. The balance is the sum of the entries, and it cannot drift away from them in principle. A mistake is fixed by a reversal, not by editing the figure.
Every curator has their own wallet: they see how much money they have taken and how much they have not yet handed in. Expenses are kept by category, and the cash flow statement is built from the cash desk for any period.
A cash count checks the physical money against the journal: a discrepancy is not hidden but posted as a separate operation with the reason stated.
