Check a person against the shared register of defaulters — before you hand over the goods and the money.

The watchlist is a shared register kept by companies in the instalment market. The salesperson types in the full name and date of birth and, before making the deal, sees whether this person owes somebody else.
A namesake match is settled with a “checked — not this person” mark: it stays in the card, and next time the warning does not pop up again. Your own debtor who has stopped paying can be reported to the register — just as others did for you.
The check is in the base plan. This is where a mistake costs the most: learning about a problem buyer after the goods are handed over means the money is already lost.
