Staff, roles and permissions

Seven roles that combine: everyone sees their own work and nobody else’s.

Add-on module

The administrator and the curator are in the base plan. The module adds the manager, the cashier and the collector, several cash desks, per-cashier access and the action log.

The Qadam staff screen: the list of curators, their roles, amounts issued and remuneration

A curator sees only their own deals — not “all of them, with a filter” but truly only their own: somebody else’s deal answers “not found”. The administrator sees everything. In between are the manager, the cashier, the collector and the investor, and the roles combine: one person can be both a salesperson and a cashier.

Permissions are checked on the server, not by hiding buttons. A hidden menu item is a convenience; the ban lives in the API, and knowing the address does not get you around it.

The extended set of roles, several cash desks, per-cashier access to a particular cash desk and the two-step hand-in, where “handed in” is not “received”, are the “Staff and cash desks” module. The administrator and the curator work on the base plan.

What exactly it does

  • Seven roles that combine on one person
  • A curator sees only their own deals — enforced on the server
  • Several cash desks and per-cashier access
  • Two-step hand-in of money: “handed in” and “received” are different events
  • An action log of what employees did

14 days of full access. No card needed.
