Payment reminders go out to WhatsApp by themselves — with pauses, a daily cap and a window of hours so the number does not get banned.
Ready reminder texts and sending with a button are in the base plan. The module adds automatic sending.

The system already prepares the reminder text with the amount and the date — that is in the base plan, and it can be sent with a button. The module takes the person out of this chain: messages go out on schedule by themselves.
Sending is built cautiously, because WhatsApp does not like bulk messaging: there are pauses between messages, no more than a set number goes out per day, nothing is sent at night, and the first delivery error stops the run. This is there to protect your number, not to make us money.
The message templates are configurable: how many days before the payment, what to write when it is overdue and in what words to confirm a payment received.
The payment receipt goes out by itself as soon as the cashier has posted the payment: so much taken, for such-and-such a scheduled payment, so much left. The buyer hands the money to a person, and whether it made it into the system or not was something they could neither see nor check — until this message.
