Payments and taking money

Take a payment in two clicks, with honest arithmetic on partial sums, excesses and shortfalls.

Included in the base plan
The Qadam payments register for a period: date, client, amount, cash desk and curator

A payment is posted from the deal card or from the shared register. The system offers the full amount itself and spreads a partial one down the schedule in a cascade: it closes the nearest unpaid payment, carries the remainder to the next one, and so on until the money runs out.

Small change does not get in the way: a shortfall of up to 10 ₽ is recognised as paid off by the system itself — otherwise the deal would hang open because of rounding, and the cashier would be looking for who owes a rouble.

A mistaken payment is not erased but reversed, with a reason required. Both entries stay in the journal: the receipt and its reversal. That is how the cash desk balance always agrees with its history, and any figure can be explained.

The payment form: amount, cash desk, date and the “Pay off in full” button
The payment form fills in the amount due by itself

What exactly it does

  • “Pay off in full” — the amount is worked out for you
  • Partial payment with the excess cascading down the schedule
  • A 10 ₽ tolerance: small change does not keep a deal open
  • Reversal with a reason instead of deletion
  • Carry a shortfall forward or extend the schedule
  • Payments register for a period, downloadable as Excel
