Contracts and printing
The contract and the guarantee print with the deal’s data filled in — and can be rewritten to suit you.
Printing on the standard form, blank forms and the murabaha contract editor are in the base plan. The module adds the editor for the ijara, musawama and car forms.
Each deal type has its own paper: murabaha speaks of the goods and the transfer of ownership, ijara of the service and its acceptance, the car contract has a section on the pledge, and musawama states the price as one sum, without disclosing the purchase. All the data is filled in by itself: the client’s passport, the terms, the full payment schedule, the guarantors.
The organisation rewrites the text of the murabaha contract and its guarantee to suit itself right in the settings: its own wording, its own details, its own sections. The list of placeholders is at hand — put one where it belongs, and the system fills in the amount or the date there. The ijara, musawama and car forms are edited by a separate module.
A blank form to fill in by hand prints for any deal type and without the module: the salesperson takes a stack and goes off to make deals.
