Clients and client cards
Everything about the buyer on one screen: passport, phone numbers, deals, payment discipline and the reason, if the person is blacklisted.
The client card is filled in field by field as in the passport, not as one “details” box: series, number, issued by and when, registered address. The same fields then go into the contract by themselves — nobody copies the passport out a second time.
Payment discipline is counted from the facts: how many payments came on time, how many late and by how many days. You see it before you make a second deal with the same person.
The blacklist is a ban, not a note: the server will not let a new deal be made for a client you put there, and shows the reason to whoever tries.
What exactly it does
- Passport by field, address, phone numbers, attachments
- Payments on time: the % on time and the number of late ones
- A blacklist with a reason and a ban on new deals
- All the client’s deals and the debt remaining in one list
- Document scans attached to the card
