Client portal

The buyer gets a link and opens it on their phone. Inside are only their deals: how much is left, when the next payment is due, the whole schedule with payment marks and the contract they signed. Part payments show up as well: “so much paid of so much, so much left” — rather than simply “unpaid”.

No registration, no password, no app. The link is personal and can be revoked at any moment. There too are the payment QR and the “Copy the details” button, the archive of what has been paid off, and the deals where the person is a guarantor — a payment can be made there for the buyer.

The client switches the reminders on themselves: phone notifications about a payment falling due and about a payment arriving, or reminders in a messenger — they choose which one. There are no amounts in the notification itself: those are visible in the portal, whereas a notification is read off a locked screen. It takes away half the calls asking “how much do I owe” and “when do I pay”.
